Class Offerings.

  • Vinyasa, power yoga, and restorative yoga tailored for pregnant and postpartum moms to help build strength, increase mobility, and prepare for the motherhood journey ahead.

    We combine dynamic movement with intentional breathwork, meaning you’ll be surprised how challenging these can be!

    Our prenatal and postpartum FLOW classes help mamas get out of their head and into their body and breath.

  • SCULPT classes are mat pilates fusion classes with some barre and functional strength training mixed in. We customize these movements for pregnant and postpartum mamas to make it safe and effective, while also preparing the body for labor and delivery and the physical journey of motherhood ahead!

    We’ll work on building full-body strength with core and pelvic floor strength and stability at the center of everything we do.

  • Relax, unwind, and destress with slower-paced yoga movements and gentle stretching.

    We’ll work on connecting deeply with the breath and focus on releasing tension in the mind and body.

Meet Cat Gieser.

Cat Gieser is a prenatal, postnatal, and beyond movement specialist and founder of Mama Flow Studio - a virtual yoga and sculpt studio for postpartum moms.

The studio is also known as the anti-bounce back studio, encouraging moms to move with strength and nourishment instead of the pressure to bounce back. 

Cat is also a mother of two based in the San Francisco Bay Area and was named one of the most inspiring yoga mamas on Instagram by Yoga Journal.
