My personal training package is for you if:

  • You want faster results to strengthening your body during pregnancy, postpartum, or beyond

  • You have specific core and pelvic floor-related issues that you’re working through that you want 1:1 help with (diastasis recti, prolapse, pelvic pain, incontinence)

  • You’re struggling to get back to working out consistently and effectively and need accountability

  • You want to learn how to work out more effectively and safely, meaning less time exercising, but BETTER results than ever before

  • You want a deeper connection and understanding of your pregnant or postpartum body
