Class Offerings.

  • Vinyasa, power yoga, and restorative yoga tailored for pregnant and postpartum moms to help build strength, increase mobility, and prepare for the motherhood journey ahead.

    We combine dynamic movement with intentional breathwork, meaning you’ll be surprised how challenging these can be!

    Our prenatal and postpartum FLOW classes help mamas get out of their head and into their body and breath.

  • SCULPT classes are mat pilates fusion classes with some barre and functional strength training mixed in. We customize these movements for pregnant and postpartum mamas to make it safe and effective, while also preparing the body for labor and delivery and the physical journey of motherhood ahead!

    We’ll work on building full-body strength with core and pelvic floor strength and stability at the center of everything we do.

  • Vinyasa and power yoga-inspired movement that focuses on both mobility and strength.

    This more athletic style of yoga combines dynamic movement with intentional breathwork, meaning you’ll be surprised how challenging these can be!

  • Relax, unwind, and destress with slower-paced yoga movements and gentle stretching.

    We’ll work on connecting deeply with the breath and focus on releasing tension in the mind and body.

  • SCULPT classes are mat pilates fusion classes with some barre and functional strength training mixed in.

Meet Cat Gieser.

Cat Gieser is a yoga and sculpt instructor, specializing in prenatal, postnatal, and beyond. She’s the founder of Mama Flow Studio, an online studio designed to inspire mamas to move with less stress, more confidence, and a stronger core+pelvic floor.

Cat has taught studio, corporate, and online classes across the San Francisco Bay Area since 2016 and in 2019 Yoga Journal named her one of the most inspiring yoga mamas on Instagram.
