Core Restore is designed to support postpartum mamas beginning in the early postpartum weeks. You can begin Core Restore whenever your body feels ready for gentle movement after birth.
Please always consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program, especially if you’ve had a c-section or complications during delivery.
What is the class format?
Classes include a combination of mobility and strength training drills to help restore function and balance to your deep core. We move and breathe with intention to build confidence and strong foundation in activating your deep core muscles.

Especially if you’re still experiencing core and pelvic floor-related issues, Core Restore and the foundation laid in this program will be hugely impactful. It’s never too late to rehab your deep core! I recommend all postpartum mamas go through core and pelvic floor rehab regardless of how far along postpartum you are. Even though rehab work isn’t the most exhilarating movement, it DOES set you up for being your strongest self!
